Your Transformation Process
Healing takes more than insight — it takes guided action and a supportive space to practice new ways of being. In our work together, we focus on transforming the patterns that no longer serve you while building confidence, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of who you are becoming.
All therapy sessions are held virtually through secure telehealth and are 53 minutes in length, giving you flexibility and consistency as you move toward a more grounded and connected life.
EMDR THERAPY
I help individuals who are overwhelmed by distressing memories and emotional triggers find relief through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This structured therapy uses bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements or tapping—to help the brain reprocess traumatic events. As the emotional charge lessens, you can regain a sense of safety and feel more present in your life instead of constantly battling the past.
With specialized training in trauma therapy, I’ve supported clients in transforming long-standing pain into newfound strength. Through our work together, you will process and integrate what happened with compassion and support, reducing the hold trauma has on your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Many clients experience a noticeable reduction in symptoms and a renewed ability to live with greater confidence and ease.
-
PTSD & trauma memories/symptoms
Anxiety & Hypervigilance
Low self-worth connected to the past
Depression & Emotional numbness
-
EMDR sessions follow a structured approach where we focus on specific memories or sensations while using bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements or tapping). You stay in control throughout the process — we move at a pace that feels safe for you. Over time, the intensity of the memory decreases, and your nervous system learns that the danger is truly over. Clients often notice they feel calmer, less reactive, and more empowered in their day-to-day life.
BRAINSPOTTING
I help individuals who feel stuck, numb, or overwhelmed by emotions that seem impossible to explain or control. Brainspotting uses your visual field to access deeper regions of the brain where trauma and stress responses are stored. This method allows your nervous system to release what talk therapy alone may not reach, helping you experience real relief without needing to relive every detail of the past.
As a trauma-informed therapist trained in Brainspotting, I’ve seen clients uncover clarity, emotional release, and a deeper sense of wholeness. Together, we identify the root of what keeps you stuck and gently process it so you can move forward with strength. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves after Brainspotting sessions.
-
Trauma that feels “stuck” in the body
Anxiety or panic with no clear cause
Emotional overwhelm or shutdown
Unresolved grief or loss
Chronic stress or tension
Performance blocks or avoidance
Difficulty accessing feelings or memories
Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
-
Brainspotting uses your natural eye position to locate where emotional distress is stored in the brain and body. You don’t need to explain everything or tell your story in detail. We focus on internal experience while your brain does the healing work. Clients often describe sessions as deeply relieving, surprising, and insightful — like a tension they’ve carried for years finally begins to release.
ACT + DBT-INFORMED THERAPY
I help individuals who are tired of feeling controlled by anxiety, depression, and self-doubt learn practical skills for emotional balance and a more empowered life. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), combined with DBT-based coping tools, helps you understand your emotions while taking meaningful action toward who you want to become. This approach is ideal for people who want both insight and clear, actionable strategies.
In our work together, you’ll build confidence in expressing your needs, setting boundaries, and trusting your inner guidance. Clients often experience more emotional stability, improved relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose. With the right tools, healing becomes less about surviving day-to-day—and more about creating a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with your values.
-
Anxiety and racing thoughts
Depression and lack of motivation
People-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries
Stress and overwhelm from life transitions
Self-doubt and low self-confidence
Emotion regulation challenges
Negative self-talk and perfectionism
Feeling disconnected from personal values or identity
-
We balance emotional understanding with practical strategies. You’ll learn skills to calm your nervous system, express your needs clearly, and make choices that reflect the life you want — not the fears you’re trying to avoid. Sessions are collaborative, actionable, and supportive. Clients often say they feel more capable, grounded, and aligned with their authentic self as they progress.
How We’ll Begin Together
Free Consultation Call
We’ll take 15–20 minutes to talk about what you’re experiencing and what you’re hoping to change. You’ll have space to ask questions and ensure we’re a good fit before scheduling your first session.
Secure Intake Paperwork
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send a brief questionnaire to help us get clear on your goals and history. This allows your first session to be focused and personalized from the start.
One-on-One Therapy Sessions
We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly for 53-minute virtual sessions to support consistent healing and progress. Together, we’ll begin the work of processing, rebuilding, and becoming the version of you that feels whole.
